Brushed Aluminium Bad Quality

I received my accelerator pedal today after the wrong one was shipped initially, the brush aluminium quality is very bad on the new pedal and looks terrible in the seal u. White marks on the pedal stand out. I tried giving it a wipe but no look, just a bad brush quality. I hope there not all as bad as this one.
